- 3 Push Press (taken from ground – Spend extra time warming up to a challenging weight)
- 5 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- Conditioning – AMRAP7 – Increasing rep scheme
- 2 Thrusters (Sx = 75#/45# – Rx = 95#/65#)
- 2 Lateral Bar Burpees
- 4 Thrusters
- 4 Lateral Bar Burpees….Continue like this for 7 minutes
- Finisher – Rest 2 min then AMRAP3 – Toes To Bar
