    • 3 Push Press (taken from ground – Spend extra time warming up to a challenging weight)
    • 5 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
  • Conditioning – AMRAP7 – Increasing rep scheme
    • 2 Thrusters (Sx = 75#/45# – Rx = 95#/65#)
    • 2 Lateral Bar Burpees
    • 4 Thrusters
    • 4 Lateral Bar Burpees….Continue like this for 7 minutes
  • Finisher – Rest 2 min then AMRAP3 – Toes To Bar
