Challengers! Congrats on completing your first week of the Nutrition Challenge. Please total up your points from week 1, and post them on the whiteboard at the gym. No slacking!

  • Skill – 5 x 1 (1 Power Clean + 1 Clean + 2 Front Squats) – 20 min
  • WOD – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Sx = 75#/45# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 115#/85#)
    • Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/12# – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
  • Finisher – 2 min each leg hamstring stretch + 1 min child’s pose to decompress low back.
