02/08/18: Sunday Schedule Change

Sunday, 02/11 – There is no Yoga this Sunday.  Open gym is from 9am-11am.  

Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – 5 x 3 Overhead Squat (Taken from ground)
  • Conditioning – 3 Rounds For Time
    • 120 Double Unders
    • 21 Pull Ups (Sx = Banded Or Ring Rows / CRx = Chest to bar OR 12 Bar MU)
  • Accessory – 5 x 5 Strict Handstand Push Up
