We are closed due to the lack of plowing at the gym and near Allen and Jake.  Sorry all!

  • Skill – Tabata Double Unders – 8 x 20 on / 10 off – Total Reps
  • WOD – Teams of 2
    • 200 Slam Balls (50#/35#)
    • 200 Burpees
      • NOTE – Both teammates can work at the same time on the same exercise, but they must share the slam ball.
  • AMRAP3 – Strict Pull Ups
