I know for some of you team workouts can be intimidating, but there is nothing to be afraid of. I love them because they make me work harder because I know someone else is working with me. Your partner is there to help you. For anyone that says, “I can do this by myself,” find another person who says the same thing and you two get to do the workout together, twice :).
CrossFit Hope For Kenya – February 16, 2013 (Workouts will be held at 8am & 9am and take the place of the regular classes)– We are a registered affiliate and we are going to host this workout!
