Snack Attack: – Smoky and Spicy Candied Cashews – PaleOMG

Today’s Workout:

  • EMOM10 – Alternating minutes
    • 5 Pendlay Rows
    • 20-30 sec Hollow Hold
  • Conditioning – 30-20-10 reps for time of
    • Wall Ball (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • Ring Row
    • Box Jump (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
  • Finisher – Find a pull up bar approx 6″ above your reach.  Complete as many burpees as possible in 3 minutes.
