02/16/13: CrossFit Hope For Kenya

Today is CrossFit Hope For Kenya – The Hope for Kenya workout is taking place of our 8am and 9am classes.  CrossFit 908 is registered, so make sure to sign up or donate under us!  IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND CLASS TODAY, YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR THIS EVENT!  IT WILL BE THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY!

Competition class is still on at 10am.  We will be going over Butterfly Pull Ups and The Jerk (Push / Split)

  • Buy In – 500m Row – Sprint (Rest at least 5 min)
  • Hope For Kenya WOD – AMRAP12
    • 50 Air Squats
    • 30 Push Ups
    • 15 Pull Ups (Can be kipping)
  • Finisher – 1 min Airdyne for Calories

  1. We could use more dumbbells. When we do a workout, we seem to run out of the Rx weights. How about one set of 75, 85 and 90 lb set of dumbbells also for the hang snatch workouts?
