- Strength – EMOM10 – Alt Minutes
- 1st min – 5 Push Press (Taken from the ground – Increase weight each set)
- 2nd min – 10 Kettlebell Swings (Challenger yourself here)
- 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps For Time of:
- Ring Dips
- Ring Rows
- Cash Out – 30 Burpees – Rest 2 min post workout before completing these burpees.
