Reminder – The 2014 CrossFit Open starts next week. The workouts are released on Thursday nights @ 8pm. We will be completing the Open workouts as a gym on Saturdays @ 8:30am and 9:30am (We may run as late as 11am) We will need judges for everyone who is participating, so if you have the time, please plan to stay and help out! If there was only one reason why you should sign up for the open it is because it truly benchmarks your current level of fitness, giving you tangible and measurable goals to shoot for in the coming years.
