Homemade Plantain Chips – Ancestralize Me
Today’s Workout; (Last time I can find us doing this is 10/20/12, but I think there is a time more recent. Anyone know? Also done 3/28/12.)
- 3 Rounds with one minute rest between rounds. Score = Total Reps
- 1 min – Max Wall Balls (20#/14#)
- 1 min – Max Sumo Deadlift High Pull(75/55)
- 1 min – Max Box Jumps (20″)
- 1 min – Max Push Press (75#/55#)
- 1 min – Max Calories on Rower (1 cal = 1 rep)
- Finisher – With a partner AMRAP5 Sit Ups. Alternate every 10 sit ups. While one partner performs sit ups the other partner must hold a plank position. Alternate for 5 minutes and count the total number of sit ups completed.
