    • 3 Power Cleans (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 115#/75# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • 3 Lateral Burpees Over The Bar
    • 6 Power Cleans
    • 6 Burpees
    • 9 Power Cleans
    • 9 Burpees….Continue to increase by 3 reps for 7 minutes
  • Finisher – 2 x ME Toes To Bar – Rest 60 sec between efforts
