  • Conditioning – 6 Rounds For Total Reps
    • 30 sec – Max Rep Dumbbell Thruster (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#)
    • 30 sec – Rest
    • 30 sec – Max Rep Box Jump (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 30 Sec – Rest
  • Finisher – 100 DU’s For Time – No more than a 5 minute rest after conditioning
