Today’s Workout – Open WOD 12.4

  • AMRAP12 – If completed, start back at wall balls
    • 150 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • 90 Double Unders (Sub 3-for-1 Singles)
    • 30 Muscle Ups (Sub 10rds – 5 Pull Ups (Strict) / 5 Ring Dips)
  • Finisher – 3 x 15 Toes To Bar – Rest 30 sec
