02/26/14: NC Day # 24 – Weigh Outs & Measurements

Nutrition Challengers – We are fast approaching the end of the challenge.  Heather will be available to take measurements in the coming days.  Please email [email protected] to make an appointment.  She is available Thursday 4:30 – 7:30PM, Friday 10am and 5 – 7PM, and Saturday 8:15am – 10am.  Also, please don’t forget to weigh yourself and send to [email protected].  So excited to see all of the wonderful progress you guys and gals made!!!

Today’s Workout:

  • 3 x 10 Chest To Bar Pull Ups – Rest 1 minute between efforts.  Chest must make contact with the bar every rep.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP16
    • 7 Ring Dips
    • 14 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 21 Abmat Sit Ups
  • Finisher – 2 min post workout complete 50 push ups – Imagine you are being judged. Only count reps that you deem “good reps.”  If your chest doesn’t touch the ground or your elbows don’t fully extend at the top, it is a “no rep.”
