YOGA TONIGHT @ 7:45PM.  -After three hard workouts Mon-Wed, don’t you think you should treat your body to some stretching?  Come tonight @ 7:45pm and loosen up those tight bits with Karen!

  • Conditioning – AMRAP18
    • 15 Box Jumps (24″/20″ – Games Standard)
    • 12 Push Press (115#/75#)
    • 9 Toes To Bar (Feet need to start behind the bar on each rep)
  • Finisher – AMRAP2 – Hand Release Push Ups
