- Power Clean Practice – 20 minutes to work on technique or go for a heavy single
- WOD – AMRAP 7
- Burpees (Jump to a 45# plate)
- Finisher – Have a beer. Enjoy the end of the Nutrition Challenge and the relief of getting those burpees out of the way.
