  • 3 x 10-15 Toes To Bar – Work on kpping/cycling – Rest 60-90 seconds between efforts
  • Conditioning – 5RFT
    • 15 Deadlifts (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 115#/75#)
    • 12 Push Press (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 115#/75#)
    • 9 Pull Ups – (CRx = Chest To Bar)
  • Finisher – Collect a total of 2 minutes in a handstand
