Need Feedback – Yoga peeps! Do you prefer a different time on Sundays? It doesn’t seem that many of you want to get up for a 9am Yoga class. Please post to the comments section if you have any thoughts. Thanks!

- 15 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# – C-Rx = 25#/20#)
- 30 Double Unders (Sx = Max Single Unders Each Minute – CRx = 50 Double Unders)
- Finisher – 2 x Max Effort Hollow Hold – Rest 1 min between efforts

12:30 for yoga on sundays! Unfort god wins over yoga at 9am. . .although my bed comes in a close second to god.

I prefer 9am on Sundays because you can can do both yoga and open gym and still have the afternoon for stuff.
