CF Open – 60 908ers signed up!  Yeah!

Yoga – Don’t forget Yoga with Karen on Wednesday night.  Make sure you stretch out before the Open workouts!

Need Feedback – Yoga peeps!  Do you prefer a different time on Sundays?  It doesn’t seem that many of you want to get up for a 9am Yoga class.  Please post to the comments section if you have any thoughts.  Thanks!

  • Strength – Close Grip Bench Press – 5×5 
  • Conditioning – EMOM15 – Alternating between
    • 10 Ring Dips
    • 15 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# – C-Rx = 25#/20#)
    • 30 Double Unders (Sx = Max Single Unders Each Minute – CRx = 50 Double Unders)
  • Finisher – 2 x Max Effort Hollow Hold – Rest 1 min between efforts

  1. I prefer 9am on Sundays because you can can do both yoga and open gym and still have the afternoon for stuff.
