Nutrition Challenge – The Details

  • 8-Week Challenge
  • Start – Monday, March 19 / End – Friday, May 11
  • Two Challenges – Performance based and weight loss based.  Compliance will be factored into challenge.
  • Before / After Photos – Mandatory.  Take them at home and send them to me, or I can take them for you.  Front, side, and back.  Pants optional as always.  Photos will be used in determining winners.
  • You must weigh in next week between 03/12 – 03/16.
  • $25 entry fee
  • The money will be awarded to the male and female winner of each challenge.

    • 7 Deadlift – (185/115)
    • 9 Ring Dips
    • 11 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • Stretch

  2. “Pants optional as always”………….I didn’t realize there was ALWAYS an option for me to be pants-less. Been here 3 months and nobody told me. Damn it. I’m in;)
