Nutrition Challenge – The Details
- 8-Week Challenge
- Start – Monday, March 19 / End – Friday, May 11
- Two Challenges – Performance based and weight loss based. Compliance will be factored into challenge.
- Before / After Photos – Mandatory. Take them at home and send them to me, or I can take them for you. Front, side, and back. Pants optional as always. Photos will be used in determining winners.
- You must weigh in next week between 03/12 – 03/16.
- $25 entry fee
- The money will be awarded to the male and female winner of each challenge.

Sleep or Die – Conditioning Research
Open Competitors – Mobility – 20 minutes. 4x400m Run – 2 minutes rest

- WOD – 10 Rds For Time
- 7 Deadlift – (185/115)
- 9 Ring Dips
- 11 Box Jumps (24/20)
