For anyone that is completing the CrossFit Open workout on Saturday, please use today as a rest day. Make sure to hydrate, sleep, and do some mobility. Please plan to show up on Saturday around 9am. We will run multiple heats, and we will need people to stick around for judging.
- Strength – 5 x 10 Ring Row (As challenging as possible)
- WOD – 5Rds – Each For Time – (Teams of 2 Rest 2 min – Teams of 3-4 no set rest, just keep rotating)
- 20m Sled Push (Sx=+25#/+0 – Rx=+70#/+25# – CRx=+135#/+70#)
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (Sx=35#/26# – Rx=53#/35# – CRx=70#/53#)
- 10 Burpees
- Finisher – 3 x 30 on / 30 off Double Unders (Max Reps)
