- 15 Pull Ups
- 15 KB Swings
- 20 Pull Ups
- 20 KB Swings…..Continue in this fashion for 15 minutes
- Finisher – AMRAP4 – Partner Slam Ball Alternating every 5 reps
14.2 Open Workout – 8:30am/ 9:30am – Don’t worry! You will get a good workout regardless of how far you get on 14.2. Make sure you show up to work!
