  • Skill / Strength – 5 x 5 Strict Chin Up (Palms facing) OR 3 x 4-6 Muscle Ups – Focus on cycle time and extending the arms in the bottom position
  • Conditioning #1 – 2k Row – Time Trial
  • Rest 2 min
  • Conditioning #2 – AMRAP 6
    • 10 Hand Release Push Ups
    • 15 Air Squats
    • 20 Double Unders
