Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10 – 1 High Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch – Attempt to build to 75% of your 1RM Snatch.  Go by feel.  If the weight is moving fast, you can increase as often as you like.
  • Conditioning – Jackie
    • 1,000m Row (Yes, more rowing.  I can hear your sighs from here)
    • 50 Thrusters (45#)
    • 30 Pull Ups
  • Finisher – Farmers Hold – Collect a total of 2 minutes holding dumbbells – (120#+/80+)
