03/14/13: Yoursday & 13.2!!!

Thank You – You all know how to make a little girl feel special on her birthday.  Thanks for all of the wonderful birthday wishes.  CrossFit 908 is my home.  It is a place I will never leave.  I look forward to many more years of building great relationships!  Thank you all!  Hope you all can make it out to Delicious Heights in Berkeley Heights for drinks at 8PM tonight!

Starting this week, permanent schedule change:
Sunday’s Open Gym will be from 10AM – 12PM
Sunday’s Yoga will be from 12:15 – 1:15PM
Due to the fact that yoga will be convening post open gym, all workouts must conclude and all equipment must be put away by 12PM.

Today is a programmed rest day for all of you crazy cats that hit the 908 5-days a week.  If you have missed any of the workouts from this week, feel free to make them up today.  For those of you who can’t make the Open workout Saturday or Sunday, today is your day to complete the workout.  Remember, you must have a judge.  Good luck to anyone completing the workout today!

5 Shoulder to overhead, 115 / 75 lbs
10 Deadlift, 115 / 75 lbs
15 Box jump, 24 / 20 inch
