Open workout 14.3 has been announced and it is not one you will want to do more than once. There are deadlifts and box jumps, and the deadlifts increase in both reps and load. You will want to make sure you get a proper warm up in before attacking this workout. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the box jump / step up standard, as well as knowing all of the weight changes ahead of time. Looking forward to another amazing Saturday @ 908.
Today is a programmed rest day at 908. If you are new to the gym, today is your day. You still have to register for class, and all classes still follow the normal schedule, but you have the option to make up a missed workout, lift something heavy (don’t do it if you are doing the Open Saturday), mobilize, work on a skill, or just hang out. Make sure to mobilize those hamstrings!
