- 60 Calorie Row
- 50 Toes To Bar
- 40 Wall Balls (20# to 10ft / 14# to 9ft)
- 30 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
- 20 Muscle Ups
This workout promises to be a gasser. Good luck to anyone completing it on Friday. I will see the rest of you on Saturday @ 8:30am.
Today’s classes follow an open gym format. Please use today as a rest day if you plan to complete the Open workout on Saturday. Otherwise, you can use today to make up a workout you missed, lift something heavy, work on a skill, mobilize, or just chill. Whatever you choose to do, enjoy your day.
