Workout 14.4 had been released and it is the following:

AMRAP14

  • 60 Calorie Row
  • 50 Toes To Bar
  • 40 Wall Balls (20# to 10ft / 14# to 9ft)
  • 30 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
  • 20 Muscle Ups

This workout promises to be a gasser.  Good luck to anyone completing it on Friday.  I will see the rest of you on Saturday @ 8:30am.

Today’s classes follow an open gym format.  Please use today as a rest day if you plan to complete the Open workout on Saturday.  Otherwise, you can use today to make up a workout you missed, lift something heavy, work on a skill, mobilize, or just chill.  Whatever you choose to do, enjoy your day.
