Today’s Workout – 7:30am (8:30am/9:30am will be completing workout 14.4.  Make sure to familiarize yourself with the standards)

  • AMRAP20 – (7:30am Class)
    • 60 Burpees
    • 50 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35#)
    • 40 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
    • 30 Toes To Bar
    • 20 Pull Ups
