- 1st Min – Max Double Unders in 30 seconds – Rest the remainder
- 2nd Min – 4 Dumbbell Snatches Each Arm Alternating (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30# – CRx = 60#+/45#+)
- 3rd Min – 150m Row
- Finisher – 3 x 25 GHD Sit Ups OR 3 x 15 Toes To Bar
I am so happy I found Crossfit 908. What a great atmosphere, so much enthusiasm for the sport. Every time I show up I am greeted by name, and during the Wods always encouraged to keep working hard. Looking forward to improving my crossfit skills with a great group of people and trainers.
