03/30/14 – Sunday Update

This Week @ 908 we will be back to our regular schedule with Thursdays following an Open Gym format.  We are looking to test a few different one-rep maxes this week.  The focus is on the lifts.  Any conditioning following the lifts is optional.  You are free to find your 1RM on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and call it a day.  Next week we will be starting on a strength program.

  • Mon – 1RM Power Clean + Couplet
  • Tue – Triplet
  • Wed – 1RM Front Squat + Intervals
  • Thurs – Open Gym
  • Fri – 1RM Push Press + Couplet
  • Sat – Triplet
  • Sun – Open Gym
