Today’s Workout:
- Strength – Take 20 minutes to find a 1-Rep Max Front Squat
- Conditioning – 5 Rounds for total reps
- 1 Min – Max Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- 1 Min – Max Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
- 1 Min – Rest
- Finisher – 3 x 25 Hip Extensions or 3 x 15 Good Mornings with barbell
