Today’s Workout:

  • In teams of 2, complete 20 rds total of the following – 30 Min Time Cap
    • Pace Setter – 300m Run
    • Work – (CRx = 30 Rounds Total)
    • 5 Pull UPs
    • 10 Push Ups
    • 15 Air Squats
  • Finisher – Couch Stretch 2 min each leg

CrossFit 908’s Regional team will be completing the following workouts at the 2014 CrossFit Northeast Regional held in Canton, MA on 05/30-06/01.  We know we have a lot of support coming up, and we could not be more thankful.  Hope to see as many of you up there as possible.
