  • 5 Rounds For Time
    • 7 Deadlifts (Sx = 135#/95# – Rx = 185#/125# – CRx = 225#/155#)
    • 14 Pull Ups
    • 21 Burpees
  • Finisher – 800m Run immediately upon finishing workout
