  • Warm Up + Squat therapy against wall
  • Strength – Front Squat – 3×5 # 80-85% of 1RM
  • WOD – 10 min AMRAP
    • 5 Strict Pull Ups (No Kipping)
    • 10 Push Ups
    • 15 Air Squats
  • Accessory – 2 x 25 GHD Sit Ups
  • Stretch

  1. 908ers….I am going to a Level 1 cert @ Crossft Virtuosity in Brooklyn, June 30th-July 1st. Wanted to let anyone know who was thinking of going to a cert that someone else from 908 will be at that one. Word.
