  • Mobility Warm Up
  • 5×3 Push Press – You should exceed your 1RM Press
  • WOD – 8 min AMRAP
    • Start with 50 Overhead Walking Lunges (+45#/25#)
    • THEN IN THE REMAINING TIME COMPLETE AMRAP
      • 25 Sit Ups
      • 50 Double Unders
  • Accessory – Hollow Hold – Collect 90 seconds
  • Stretch
