Today is a programmed rest day at 908.  You can use any of today’s classes to make up a workout you missed, or to work on a skill.

Optional Squat Workout:

  • 7×2 Pause Back Squat (3 seconds in the hole) – 80% of 1RM

Optional Endurance Workout:

  • 3 Rounds
    • 300m Run
    • Rest the exact amount of time it took you to run 300m
    • 600m Run
    • Rest the exact amount of time it took you to run 600m
    • 900m Run
    • Rest the exact amount of time it took you to run 900m.  Go back to the 300m run at this point.
