Optional Squat Workout:
- 7×2 Pause Back Squat (3 seconds in the hole) – 80% of 1RM
Optional Endurance Workout:
- 3 Rounds
- 300m Run
- Rest the exact amount of time it took you to run 300m
- 600m Run
- Rest the exact amount of time it took you to run 600m
- 900m Run
- Rest the exact amount of time it took you to run 900m. Go back to the 300m run at this point.
