04/29/14: Sleds!

  • CrossFit 908 will be hosting ROLLING ON THE FLOOR LAUGHING: A Seriously Fun Mobility Workshop

Barbell Club will not be meeting on this Wednesday due to the Mobility workshop.  Class will resume the following Monday.  Also, the 7:30pm class will be cancelled on Wednesday.  

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 10 min time cap (Complete as a chipper)
    • 30 Strict Pull Ups
    • 30 Strict Ring Dips
  • Conditioning – AMRAP15
    • 50ft Sled Push (Unloaded unless all teammates use same weight- 4 people per sled.  Play follow the leader.  Everyone has their own kettlebell)
    • 10 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
  • Finisher – 50 Push Ups
