- Strength – 4 Sets (Superset – Partner Up) – Rest 90 seconds between sets
- 6 Strict Pull Ups (As Challenging As Possible)
- 10 Push Ups (Add weight if possible)
- Conditioning – For Time
- 100 Double Unders
- 75 Abmat Sit Ups
- 50 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- 25 Ring Dips
- Finisher – 30 Ring Rows As Challenging As Possible
