    • 6 Strict Pull Ups (As Challenging As Possible)
    • 10 Push Ups (Add weight if possible)
  • Conditioning – For Time
    • 100 Double Unders
    • 75 Abmat Sit Ups
    • 50 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 25 Ring Dips
  • Finisher – 30 Ring Rows As Challenging As Possible
