The Nutrition Challenge officially ends Friday, with Thursday being the last day you score yourself. You can begin to weigh in as of Wednesday, 05/09, with the last day to weigh in being Saturday, 05/12. The programmed workout for Wednesday will be a repeat of the Nutritional Benchmark workout. In addition, the 2-minute squat text can be completed any time this week. You will need a trainer to count your reps. Congratulations to everyone who stuck with the challenge. I think the next challenge we will go back to posting points on the website. From the feedback I have received, many of you felt less accountable this time around. I know there are a bunch of people who did stay strict on this challenge, so I am looking forward to some awesome results! The challenge winners will be announced next week.
