- Strength – 3 x 10 Strict Dumbbell Press (All sets should be challenging) – Rest 3 min between sets
- Conditioning – AMRAP18
- 300m Run
- 10 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35#)
- 5 Strict Handstand Push Ups (Sx = 15 Second HS Hold. If HS Hold is not possible, scale to 15 wall walk hold as high as possible)
- Finisher – 2 x ME Toes To Bar (Strict) – Rest 60 seconds
This looks like a challenging WOD doing all strict movements.
