Nutrition Challenge – We are in the last week of the nutrition challenge. Make sure you are here in the latter part of next week to get weighed in. Also, Monday, May 17 will be the retest of the benchmark workout.

- RULES – Teammate one begins deadlifting. Teammate 2 starts at the same time doing push ups. Teammate 3 farmer’s walks 200m. When teammate 3 returns, each member rotates one station. Continue for 15 minutes. The team with the most amount of reps wins.
