CHEATING – CrossFit Stealth – This is a great post from our friends over at CrossFit Stealth. I would have made my own diatribe, but this does the job just fine. Read it. Embody it. Cheating is for losers, and that may sounds harsh, but if you don’t cheat, do you really care that I just said that? I know we all have our moments of weakness, but try to be strong and honest. We want you to give us your best effort. The people who see the greatest results through CrossFit are the ones who practice the form, complete full reps, and attempt to make a small amount of progress each time they are in the gym. As cliche as it sounds, you are only cheating yourself when you cheat during a workout. Also, and this should be understood by the mere fact that you have coaches, the coaches are watching you, and YES, we notice when you cut reps. We feel it is better to address these situations like this rather than other, more confrontational manners. I have high expectations that CrossFit 908 will be among the top CrossFit gyms in New Jersey, and maybe even the country. We will do our part as coaches. Please do your part as athletes.

Tommy, did you measure? I’ve not lost any pounds but, I’ve lost about 10 inches all around. My pants are looser and that was mainly what I was looking for!
I wish i did measure! wow, 10 inches, that’s huge, congratulations. As a guy, If i had to pick from 10″ off my beer belly or waist or 10lbs – i’d go with the waist. Woman are much slower to loose actual weight i’m sure but hang in there and i’m sure it’s not far behind, good for you.
