Reminder – CrossFit 908 will be closed this Saturday, 05/12 for Barbells and Beers.  We have several 908 teams competing, so come out and support your community!  There will be availability in the 8am/9am classes only at CrossFit 908 central.  You must register through Zenplanner.  There is no charge for either class.  You can sign in like you would for a free trial.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Back Squat – 20 min to find a heavy single
  • Conditioning – 4 x AMRAP3 – Rest 1 min
    • 25 Goblet Squats (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/44#)
    • Max Double Unders (Sx = Max Singles OR Max Cal Bike)
  • Accessory – 3 x 10 Single Leg RDL + 20 Banded Leg Extensions
