05/09/14: Mother's Day Yoga!

2nd Annual Mother’s Day Yoga Class at 908!
In honor of Mother’s Day, Karen Kelly has prepared a special FREE yoga class for 908 members on Sunday, May 11th at 8:30am.
Come and bring your mom…Come join us if you are a mom or a mom-to-be (even if it’s way in the future!)…. Come and practice with us if you have (or had) a mom! All levels are welcome!
The class will include breathing, stretching, balancing, yoga poses and flows, and (the best!!)…savasana, or relaxation!
Please respond either via ZenPlanner or email [email protected] by 6pm Saturday.   Plan to arrive at 8:15am as class will begin promptly at 8:30am. (Bring a mat if you have one.)

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 3 Power Clean @ 78% of 1RM (Touch and Go)
  • Conditioning – 5 Rounds For Total Reps
    • 30 sec – Max Power Snatch (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 115#/75#)
    • 30 sec – Max Burpees
    • 1 min – Rest
  • Finisher – 300m Overhead Carry (Dumbbells / Kettlebells / Plate / Keg / Person / etc.)
