Hey 908 Fam – Tell your friends to stop by CrossFit 908 Central for a Free all-women’s fitness class @ 12pm on Thursday 05/12.  The class is geared towards all levels of fitness.  There is no experience required.  Email us with any questions.  The class is open to all 908 members as well.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 Sets – 3 Shoulder Press + 5 Push Press (Barbell or DB)
  • Conditioning – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • DB Snatch (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 50#/35#)
    • Toes To Bar
    • Burpees Over Dumbbell
  • Accessory – 3 Sets – 10 DB Curls Each Arm + 100ft Single Arm Overhead Carry Each Arm
