2nd Annual Mother’s Day Yoga Class at 908!
In honor of Mother’s Day, Karen Kelly has prepared a special FREE yoga class for 908 members on Sunday, May 11th at 8:30am.
Come and bring your mom…Come join us if you are a mom or a mom-to-be (even if it’s way in the future!)…. Come and practice with us if you have (or had) a mom! All levels are welcome!
The class will include breathing, stretching, balancing, yoga poses and flows, and (the best!!)…savasana, or relaxation!
Please respond either via ZenPlanner or email [email protected] by 6pm Saturday. Plan to arrive at 8:15am as class will begin promptly at 8:30am. (Bring a mat if you have one.)
Today’s Workout:
- 4 Rounds For Total Reps (Groups of 4 – 1 at each station to start – Everyone rests at the same time)
- 1 min – Pull Ups
- 1 min – Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- 1 min – Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- 1 min – Row (Calories)
- 1 min – REST
- Finisher – 50 Burpees For Time
