NJ Brewfest – Saturday, May 12, 2-6PM in Berkeley Heights.  Meet at the gym at 1PM for a drink, and we can walk over together (it’s only a few blocks away, so feel free to leave your cars at the gym).  I’d imagine most of us are going to be hungry after, so we are going to grill at the gym post Brewfest.

CF 908 BBQ – Saturday, June 2 @ Laurie’s house in New Providence.  I’m going to start a sign up sheet for people to volunteer for food/drinks to bring.


Below are some pretty good front squats.  Remember, the elbows should be high with the upper arm parallel to the ground.  This is not only a challenging position for your shoulders and hips, but gets lost when we try to push the intensity.   Don’t ever forget that better form will get you further.  Keep working on those elbows!

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Skill Work – 3 Rds Not For Time
    • 10 HSPU (Work on full ROM)
    • 30 Double Unders
  • WOD – 3 Rds – Rest 2 min between each round
    • Run 300m
    • 25 Wall Balls
    • 15 Ring Dips
  • Accessory – Stretch your tight bits
