05/11/18: Barbells and Beers Tomorrow

Reminder – CrossFit 908 will be closed this Saturday, 05/12 for Barbells and Beers.  We have several 908 teams competing, so come out and support your community!  There will be availability in the 8am/9am classes only at CrossFit 908 central.  There is no charge for the classes and you must register through Zenplanner.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 3 x 10 Back Rack Lunge (10 steps each leg)
  • Conditioning – Every 5 min x 4 rounds
    • Row 500 (Sx = Row 400m)
    • 20 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# – CRx = 30 Wall Balls)
    • NOTE: Goal is to have about two minutes of rest.  Scale row accordingly to keep your row close to 2 minutes or less.  Don’t scale up unless you can do 20 wall balls unbroken.
  • Accessory – 3 Sets – :30 L-Hang + 10 KB Side Bends
