- Strength – 5×3 Front Squat @ 85% across all sets. This is our last week of 5×3. This should be very challenging. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
- Conditioning – 1K Row Time Trial – This is an all out effort. NO sandbagging it. I want to see some fast times!
- Finisher – 2 min Hollow Hold
