05/15/14: Yoursday

Today is Thursday Yoursday.  It is a programmed rest day at 908.  All classes follow the set schedule, but you can use any of the classes to make up a missed workout, lift, mobilize, or just hang out.  There will be a coach there to help you with whatever you need.

Optional Back Squat – EMOM10 – 2 Back Squats @ 85%

Optional Endurance WOD – 10 x 250m Row Sprint – Work/Rest 1:1

Jeff Evans out of the Southeast region is going to the CrossFit Games this year. Here he is cleaning 405lbs. This sport is getting ridiculous!
