Hey All, Casey Floyd, a massage therapist who works in the same complex as CF908, will be coming in tomorrow from 8am-11am to do short (10-15 min) massage demos.  Feel free to stop by her table and check her out.

    • 20/15 Cal Bike (Split between partners)
    • 20 Synchro Med Ball Sit Ups (Teams choose weight / Sx = alternating sit ups)

  • Part B – Teams of 2 – AMRAP10 – Partner Alternating full rounds
    • 10/7 Cal Row
    • 1 Rope Climb (Sx = 1 Mod Climb)

  • Part C – Teams of 2 – AMRAP10 – All Synchro
    • 10 Dumbbell Hang Power Snatch Each(5R /5L)
    • 10 Burpees Over the DB Each (Sx = Split Burpees)
